LINDA LOY

FOUNDER

Linda graduated from the University of Melbourne and has experience in both international and local projects ranging from offices, both high-rise and landed residential developments and commercial projects.  She is a registered architect with the Board of Architects.  Some of her previous international project involvements are the TDIC Headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Phu Long Dragon City in Vietnam while at Surbana International Consultants (Middle-East South-East Asia).

She also worked on the Paragon Enhancement Works and Skyline@Orchard Boulevard, and later on with the Viva Condominium and Vision Exchange at Jurong Gateway and Tampines GreenForest Public Housing, whilst at DP Architects and Design Link Architects respectively.

LUKE LIM

DESIGN PRINCIPAL

As a registered Architect with the Board of Architects and having more than 15 years of experience, Luke has worked in internationally renowned practices such as Tange Associates and SMC Alsop Architects on a variety of projects including Orchard Gateway in Singapore and Paragon City in Semarang Indonesia. 

Whilst at AD Lab Pte Ltd, he also designed and oversaw the construction of more intimately scaled projects including the Margoliouth Road and Namly Drive houses. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2006 and is also currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic.
